Bookings & Payments
A deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid before the first training session. Pre-paid multi-session packages are non-refundable once training has started.

Cancellations

• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 48 hours’ notice.
• Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable.

Your Dog’s Behaviour & Safety
Owners are responsible for their dog at all times. Dogs must be kept under control during sessions. Dogs that are unwell should not attend training.

Training Methods & Equipment
We use positive, reward-based training. We may recommend equipment such as long lines and harnesses. Aversive tools (e.g., choke chains, prong or shock collars) are not permitted.

Online Sessions
Clients are responsible for maintaining their own internet connection.

Liability
Training is undertaken at your own risk. Ace It Dog Training is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to any person, animal or property. Owners are responsible for their dog’s actions at all times.
